Challenge
Topoff needed to be more than just a a test. It needed to be a brand and service that people knew they could trust to reliably keep their vehicle fueled and ready to drive. However, delivering fuel can be complex and people have people have their set habits.

Approach
While we knew there was initial desirability we needed something more tangible to test how the service would work. To do this we designed a basic brand and an MVP web application for both the consumer and the delivery driver.
At it's core this was a platform service challenge. By using journey mapping techniques and a Jobs-to-be-done framework we were able to make sure that key moments in both the consumer and the delivery person's journey were in sync. Oh, and we also designed a truck wrap you can see from outer space.
Outcome
Top off is now live and serving businesses and individuals in the area. The value proposition has been validated and we are now able to gather data and iterate to refine the service experience.
